Context & Purpose
The RPW_SCIENCE NORMAL-GALAXY configuration gives the priority to the measurement of the galaxy background by the TNR-HFR sub-system.
Description
The RPW Science Default Configuration (DefCon) is the main operating science configuration, to be applied on-board during the Solar Orbiter science operations.
The DefCon corresponds to the "default state" as requested by the MOC.
The requirements relative to this state are:
- The DefConf must be invariant over the RPW Software SCIENCE modes (i.e., SURVEY_NORMAL, SURVEY_BURST, SBM_DETECTION)

instrument is set in the SURVEY_NORMAL SCIENCE submode with the "galaxy" configuration.
The "Mode" section gives the software mode of the sub-system. The "configuration" section gives the detailed configuration of the sub-system. The "Associated sequences" section gives the list of TC sequences to apply to set the instrument in this configuration. The "Attributes" section lists the TC and/or formal parameters values, which can change the resource allocation related to this configuration.
