Context and purpose
The RPW_SCIENCE DETECTION-DEFAULT state is the main operating science configuration for SBM_DETECTION mode, to be applied on-board during the Solar Orbiter science operations.

This section gives more details about the state. The SBM1/SBM2 parametrization of the DETECTION-DEFAULT state can be set using the specifc sequences AIWF038B, AIWF038C (TDS) and AIWF039A, AIWF039B (TDS) with formal parameter default values.state corresponds to the "default state" as requested by the MOC.
Description
The instrument is in the SCIENCE SBM_DETECTION submode and in a specific science-default configuration.
The "Mode" section gives the software mode The "State" section gives the general state of the sub-system (i.e. , S/W mode). The "configuration" section gives the detailed configuration of the sub-system. The "Associated sequences" section gives the list of TC sequences to apply to set the instrument in this configuration. The "Attributes" section lists the TC and/or formal parameters values, which are allowed to can change the configuration.
