Context and purpose

The RPW_SCIENCE DETECTION-DEFAULT state is the main operating science state configuration for SBM_DETECTION mode, to be applied on-board during the Solar Orbiter science operations.

The SBM1/SBM2 parametrization of the DETECTION-DEFAULT state can be set using the specifc sequences AIWF038B, AIWF038C (TDS) and AIWF039A, AIWF039B (TDS) with formal parameter default values.state corresponds to the "default state" as requested by the MOC.

Description

The instrument is in the SCIENCE SBM_DETECTION submode and in a specific science-default configuration.
