Description
The default science configurations must ensure an optimal science data acquisition in the RPW EID-A nominal bit rate (i.e., 5.5 kbps) over a day.
This is the baseline science configuration used during the mission. There must be one configuration defined for each of the DPU SCIENCE submode (SURVEY_NORMAL, SURVEY_BURST, SBM_DETECTION and SURVEY_BACKUP)
Assumption
The daily data rate shall not exceed the EID-A (5.5 kbps).
