Context and purpose
The RPW_SCIENCE BURST-LOW state configuration permits to perform science data acquisition in degraded telemetry rate conditions (<2.4 kbps) in SURVEY_BURST science submode.

The instrument is set in the SURVEY_NORMAL SCIENCE submode with the "Low rate" configuration.
The "StateMode" section gives the general state software mode of the sub-system (i. e., S/W mode). The "configuration" section gives the detailed configuration of the sub-system. The "Associated sequences" section gives the list of TC sequences to apply to set the instrument in this configuration. The "Attributes" section lists the TC and/or formal parameters values for this state, which can change the resource allocation related to this configuration.
