SBM_DETECTION sub-mode

If required, it is possible to dump by TC into the SBM SSMM packet store the content of the SBM1 buffer.
SBM2

The TC_TDS_DUMP_SBM2_TSWF is sent by the DPU every SY_DPU_TDS_SBM2_TSWF_PER seconds to TDS, in order to retrieve the TSWF data in SBM2 mode. The default value of SY_DPU_TDS_SBM2_TSWF_PER is 300 sec., but it can be set by sending a TC_DPU_LOAD_SBM2_PAR. Note that the TC_TDS_DUMP_SBM2_TSWF can also be sent from ground to force the DUMP (only for testing purpose).
