Context
The purpose of the E2E-1 test is to validate the IOR submission process.
Inputs from the Instrument Teams (IT) will be related to the LTP SOWG13 LTP planning exercise (see details in https://issues.cosmos.esa.int/solarorbiterwiki/display/SOSP/SOWG+13+LTP+planning%3A+Context+and+Preparations)
